Purchase Policy & Guarantee
Order Processing -- A book, CD-rom or video order from DynaMinds Publishing is typically processed and shipped within 24 - 48 hours. If an item is back-ordered, you will be notified and provided an expected arrival date.
Shipping -- Our standard mode of shipping is USPS Media Rate. Items normally arrive within 5 - 7 days. However, during peak periods (like the Christmas season) this time frame may be longer. If you need faster delivery you can specify an alternate shipping option and price.
Our Return Policy -- Books may be returned for a refund under the following conditions* and exceptions. You may return books within 20 days of delivery confirmation. We will refund the purchase price of the books, but NOT shipping charges. (DynaMinds Publishing will pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error.)
Conditions and Exceptions:
DynaMinds Publishing works on a “satisfaction guaranteed” philosophy. However, we do attach a few strings to protect ourselves. Specifically, we do NOT accept returns of certain items, including:
• Any book that is returned more than 20 days after delivery confirmation.
* Claims for lost or damaged goods must be filed within 20 days of sale. Likewise, if something shows up damaged, we need to know ASAP so we can trace the problem and solve it.
• Any item that is not in its original condition.
• Any item purchased from another vendor.
Where do I return an item and who gets the refund?
Please note that the refund will be issued only to the gift giver, the payee of record.
Prior authorization is not required to return an item. The customer is responsible for return postage and proof of delivery. Customers should return items via USPS mail or UPS. COD returns will be refused. To ensure proper credit, you must provide your name, date of purchase, address and reason for the return and method of payment (check or credit card).
